I had the absolute honor and privilege of photographing Craig & Jade’s wedding day.

Whilst chatting with Jade prior to the wedding I got to hear their story. Craig & Jade had planned on getting married years before however due to unforeseen circumstances that had to put the wedding off. Learning this about the couple made me realize how important this time was to them. They had waited so long for this very special day. Going into the wedding day with this knowledge really made a difference in how I captured their wedding day.

It was so special to be there and be a part of their beginning. I felt honored to be the one capturing the moments that they had waited so long to share. From the most amazing church in Durban North to the grand Oyster Box hotel in Umhlanga, this wedding day was exquisite. I absolutely love the variety of what I do.

I always encourage my bridal couples to meet me for a cup of coffee or to book an engagement session with me before the big day. The only reason for this is so that I can get to know you as a couple. The more I know about the couple the easier it is for me to relate to and capture the big day. I really enjoy learning about people and listening to their stories. There is something so beautiful in the uniqueness of each person’s life story. It is your story to tell and my honor to capture it.
