Booking a wedding photographer is often a new experience for you, the bridal couple, and most of the time there are many questions you may have,  so I complied this list of frequently asked questions to assist you.

Q: Do you travel for weddings?

A: Definitely! Traveling is one of my passions, so whether its locally or internationally, consider my bags packed.

Q: How much do you charge for travel?

A: I do not charge a travel fee for Durban weddings and if your wedding is booked at a venue further than 60km from Durban, I will be quote a travel fee and accommodation.

Q: Do you have an assistant photographer?

A: Yes, depending on the size of the wedding I may employ the help of a second shooter for the day. This second shooter is normally a professional photographer whom I trust and have worked with man times before.

Q: Do we receive the high resolution digital images?

A: Yes, You will receive all your wedding photographs as a high resolution digital image.

Q: How do we receive our photographs?

A: Your wedding photographs are copied onto a branded USB and handed over to you.

Q: Do you keep a back up of our wedding photographs?

A: Absolutely! I will hold onto your wedding photos for a few years if not forever.

Q: Can we get the Raw files?

A: No. Post editing is an important part of creating what I call “my style” and therefore any photograph that has not been post edited is considered to me as incomplete.

Q: After my wedding, How long will I have to wait for my photographs?

A: You should receive the link to your online gallery within 6-8 weeks after your wedding.

Q: How does it work when it comes to photo books and albums?

A: You will select the photographs you want to put in your album and send that information to me, thereafter, I will design the album. After you have confirmed the design I will send the album off to be printed after which you should then receive your album within the next 2 weeks.

Q: How do we reserve our date with you

A: Once you have decided on a wedding package I will send you an invoice, thereafter, once I have received your deposit and signed contact you date will be reserved.

Q: How do we schedule our day for the best photo opportunities?

A: I will suggest the best time for taking photographs according to the light, as consequently, this normally differs depending on the seasons. The best results generally come from the sunset. This is when you get that warm golden sun and stunning skies.

Q: What happens if we should cancel?

A: If the cancellation is done with 14 days of your booking you will get a full refund. Thereafter a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Q: What advice can you give us when it comes to being in front of the camera.

A: The best moments are usually captured when you are relaxed and just being yourself. Your wedding day is such a special day filled with many stunning moments. My advice would be pretend that I am not there and just live your best day. Take every moment in. Just be real and relaxed and let me capture your experience.
